Wesleyan's Office of Career and Internship Services encourages career exploration and preparation as an ongoing process that can be individualized for each student’s needs and interests. The Director of Career and Internship Services provides career development seminars, individual career and graduate school advising, assessments, and on-line employment listings for students and alumnae.

A career library maintained by the Office of Career and Internship Services contains information about majors and career planning, specific occupations or occupational categories, current trends, employment opportunities, and graduate schools. Students benefit from the "What Can I Do With This Major?" intranet resource which provides important information on all majors and minors offered at Wesleyan College.

Opportunities to attend career fairs are provided several times each year. Students are able to post their resumes to a national website providing maximum visibility and a wealth of resources to contact prospective employees. More about Career Services.

An important component of a Wesleyan education is the real world experience of an internship. Because of this, we actively encourage all of our students to have at least one internship experience before graduation rolls around. Through the Wesleyan-Rotary Internship Program, the State of Georgia's Governor's Intern Program, Congressional Intern Programs, and other programs approved by the Director of Career and Internship Services, students are able to relate theory to actual practice and gain valuable work experience while continuing their academic program.
